to this, loans on SSS, PagIbig and Company Loans are established here and would be so required by the
software since it will not allow to deduct on these three loan items unless specifically created first.

Activate is when you need to add a deleted employee ... something like rehiring an old staff or just re-assigning
one from an old division into a new one.
